Smile Solutions takes a genuine team approach to dental care for you and your family. Our office includes dentists who are specialists in dental implants, gum surgery, and wisdom teeth removal.  Our goal is to fulfill all of your dental needs within the comfort of our office.

More importantly, our approach helps to ensure that you receive the best care possible, and that all treatments prescribed work toward the common goal of keeping your mouth healthy and restoring your smile.  This is our highest priority.  Dr. Fox communicates directly with the specialists when coordinated treatment is required.  For example, it isn’t unusual for one of our surgeons to call Dr. Fox into the treatment room to ensure that the desired results are being achieved.

Oral Sedation

It is important to us that you feel calm, comfortable and relaxed during your dental procedures.  We can offer this through the use of oral sedation dentistry.

If you need extensive dental treatment, oral sedation enables us to minimize your time and inconvenience by allowing us to complete multiple procedures in one visit, while you rest comfortably. If you have had a fearful experience in the past or are anxious about dental procedures, oral sedation will help to put you into a relaxed state.

Oral sedation can help restore your dental health quickly, with little or no memory of the procedure.  All of this is accomplished by taking a small pill.  You will be closely monitored throughout your appointment to assure your safety.

Implant Dentistry

Whether you were born without some of your teeth or you have lost them due to decay, gum disease, or trauma, you don’t have to live with a less-than-perfect smile. Dr. Fox works in conjunction with our in-house surgeons, who will skillfully place your dental implants. Once your implant is placed, Dr. Fox will place a natural-looking porcelain crown to restore proper look, feel, and function.

Dental implants can also be used to secure a loose–fitting denture.  Once the implant is placed, the denture can be snapped into place, restoring your confidence to smile, laugh, and chew food without the fear of your dentures slipping.

Invisalign

Invisalign offers our patients a clear and comfortable alternative to traditional braces without the unsightly and uncomfortable brackets and wires of conventional orthodontic treatment.  Dr. Fox is a certified Nashville Invisalign provider and can guide you through the painless process to achieve a beautiful smile.  Invisalign quickly guides your teeth into proper alignment using a series of removable and comfortable clear plastic aligners to straighten teeth. The aligners are virtually invisible when worn, and they can be removed while eating, drinking, and for daily oral care.
